Incorporated in 2011 Oakland Residential Management Ltd are a specialist, independent block management company situated in Hale, Cheshire and working throughout the North West.

We firmly believe in a partnership approach to the management of developments. We work closely with our clients whether they are Residents Management Companies, Freeholders, Developers or Right to Manage Companies to ensure that each client receives high quality and bespoke services that take their unique requirements into account.

Oakland Residential Management Ltd is privately owned by a small group of entrepreneurial investors including the founding director Howard D Jones.
