The objective is to provide our clients with a responsive service where the service charges are applied to produce the optimum level of service whilst complying with both the general legislation and the individual service requirements of each development.

Service charge budgeting is achieved by effective communication with our clients and taking into account their requirements to produce realistic and workable budgets. We provide an "open" and accountable service with effective reporting to our clients at regular intervals.

Operating Standards

The company operates with an experianced property management team all of whom are members of the Institute of Residential Property Managers. All the staff are required to comply with the industry standards and undertake ongoing training updates that our client, Residential Management Companies and Freeholders comply effectively with the requirements of the controlling Leases and overriding legislation.

On a day to day basis Oakland Residential Management Ltd meets the operational requirements of the Association of Residential Managing Agents (ARMA). The accounting function complies with the requirements of the ARMA service charge management code and clients funds are administered witht he protection of our Professional Indemnity Insurance cover. Our accounts services are provided on an "open book" basis with transparent accounting process.
